This 4G Proxy User Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is stipulated between Riggi Giovanni, as supplier of 4G proxy through the website www.proxyitalia.it (hereinafter the "Supplier"), and the user (of hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of terms: The User undertakes to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement before using the 4G proxies provided by Riggi Giovanni through the website www.proxyitalia.it. Your use of 4G Proxies constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. User Responsibility: The User undertakes to use the 4G proxies made available by Riggi Giovanni exclusively for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The User understands and agrees to assume full responsibility for any actions performed on the web using 4G proxies and releases Riggi Giovanni from any liability arising from such actions.
3. Fair Use: you agree to use 4G proxies in accordance with applicable laws and not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity. The User undertakes not to use the 4G proxies for the purpose of copyright infringement, unauthorized access or damage to networks, systems or data.
4. Limitation of Liability: The User understands and agrees that the use of 4G proxies is at their own risk and that Riggi Giovanni cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages deriving from the use of 4G proxies.
5. Compensation: User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of User's use of 4G Proxies or any violation of this Agreement.
6. Resolution: this Agreement will remain in force until the User decides to stop using the 4G proxies provided by Riggi Giovanni. The Provider reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access to the 4G Proxies at any time for violations of this Agreement or for reasons of security or maintenance of the service.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction: This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian State. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Italian State.
